I hope I don't seem like a conspiracy theorist but:
On market sales - # 3 holder selling where it would have maximum and continued damage
Why?
Conspiracy #1. Protection of their Ti position. Cheaply produced Ti will definitely hurt current traditional manufacturers, China which is #1 global producer
Conspiracy # 2. See TNG not get finance, run out of funds and then sell (best case) or simply take Tivan IP for nothing.
Now excuse me while I put my tin foil hat back on.
