The only thing worse than the Board not arranging and lining up an off-market transfer for the exiting Chinese with a suitable buyer (e.g. why doesn't SMS take them out), is conspiracy theories on this forum suggesting it is part of an elaborate strategy.
Put a bid on for 25m shares @ $0.16 and watch it get hit.
That, or a decent announcement to generate demand to soak their exit.
They'll be gone in the new year.
