Considering that TNG has 2800 plus shareholders each would have to purchase an additional 7,142 shares worth about $1143 to take out say 20.0 mil #3 holds, this too is BS. However have been doing my fair share when possible.

Titanium offtake with lawyers, perhaps consider TNG are in-wait of an additional offer from another global user to ensure best deal and price are achieved for Shareholders, perhaps!!
