A couple of others have finally said what I have been saying for ages, all this capping talk is BS - a strategy unlikely to succeed and therefore isn't attempted by anyone with a serious stake in achieving the supposed objective.
It does give disgruntled holders some vague self-explanations and hopes and scapegoats.
AZ wants out, and they want out at a certain price point, on market. So that's that.
At the end of the day, we need to genuinely progress the company in order for the SP to improve - this means Ti off-take agreement signed, EIS approved, production licence granted.
Every other attempt to explain the languishing SP is, IMO, self deception.
