I'm a little unsure why everyone is so excited about the new capex figure - PB had been referring to $850m for over a year now?? This is just official confirmation of that...
I personally want to see both EIS fully approved and titanium mou before Christmas. Once we get an mou it usually takes another 6 months for the binding
So much dilution coming, but at least half of the npv is still a pretty good figure...
