This is also new govt contracts. There are plenty of private companies that are already building and manufacturing for the many industries, like space X that continue to lose their star ships
Boeing is far behind with their builds, having another player come on board with HIP and Powder will only speed things up. No doom and gloom IMO, but I'm always wrong, except when I'm right
