No doubt you are correct CJ about the final outcome and trading again but I would expect an ANN in regards to some kind of non binding proposal at some stage soon i.e. entity ABC is willing to invest $x subject to xy & z. QIN surely cant keep extending the forbearance agreement without some kind of positive progress ANN. I mean its now 4 months. IMHO if nothing positive moving forward is ANN in the next couple of weeks then surely this recap isnt going to happen at all.
