I highly doubt that they will be trying to push the suspension...

I highly doubt that they will be trying to push the suspension date out to get back at shorters... and if they are they need their head read. More likely is that they don't yet have the money either in the bank or in orders to be able to operate effectively, and dropping suspension would cause the share price to further suffer.
I for one dont mind how long they stay suspended for - so long as there is going to be a recovery of sorts at the end. Otherwise, lets just get this mess sorted so that I can move on.
