Begin trading - between Xmas and say 26 Jan - majority of heavy hitters are on holiday - so do they start trading when the juniors are on the desks?

Or do they wait until the Forbearance period is near expiry -say mid March the Anniversary of the Glaucus attack and FW resignation?

Or maybe wait till mid May when the heavy shorting occurred- and suspension begun - means shorters are over twelve months for their positions - wonder if there are penalties for that?
