    I watch the PDN senario unfold. They took the coy out of trading halt without any significant announcements and with very large wrtting on the wall of VA. Gave holders the choice to exit, which I did with minimal loss. Could that not be the case with QIN. Rather than just going straight to VA and allowing the shorts total victory. Little experience in these senarios but one or two trading days would provide some op for exit surely.
