well as a outsider looking in I would have thought a deal was looking very unlikely some time ago.
The potential for one or more stakeholders to fold this thing at anytime will keep interested parties away.
I always think a business deal that involves more than two cogs for the wheel to turn is usually extremely difficult to hold/put together.
This beast has countless cogs many of which are not working in unison.
