Sounds like there maybe some questionable application of funds. Mmmmm.... Shock horror.
Has KBC repaid the YOW loan and yet they still need funding? Bolton and Patton have really run this company into the ground since the KBC takeover.
I'm glad that the new guard are investigating. If there has been any breach of director duties, quantifiable in $, let's hope that those directors are held personally responsible. Doubt ASIC would have ever got round to properly investigating or taking any necessary action.
