I would caution your assumption regarding annual payment on the $5-10m , Accounting standard excluding an Asset sale requires the revenue to accounted for evenly over the contract life cash flow not impacted, The sale is more than likely an Asset sale, where SLC has built an network for a customer and they receive an payment
