The next dividend should be considerably more than 32c — Paul Flynn hinted strongly at that, as I recall, when the last quarterly results were released. My tip would be a regular dividend of 64c and (if we’re lucky) a special dividend of 30c
I was wondering who would be the first person to predict a $1 dividend as it seems to happen before every dividend is announced. You came so close with a 94c prediction. Whilst I hope that you are correct it is highly unlikely as WHC have shown their priority is buybacks and missing production guidance forecasts not to mention the fall in coal prices. They are still in a good place but not good enough for such a high dividend.
