It's difficult to work that number out, but in 2019 you can impute they were liquidating around 20% of their PA's every year which seems to sit right in the 4-6 year range.
Clearly the attraction here, for some of these new insto investors, is the income stream that comes from these PA customers. Lower cost to service and with a large number of them they become more predictable. I don't think Nomura would be on the hook for such a highly geared business that was just ringing people up to try and get them to pay their overdue gas bill etc.
