    where is angrydwarves? he was downramping this 12 months ago...said the cap return would not be anywhere near 70cps, also was 100% possitive they would not sell their properties for anywhere near what they initially estimated. Both dead wrong. Clearly paid to downramp as a number of institutions bought into this stock over the last 12 months. What a moron.
