I am not going to dig up the details for all of the wind farms proposals that have got off the ground, reaching FID, planning, development and onto construction... I have given plenty of examples of wind farms that been built in remarkably small timeframes.

Considering that the NSW REZ's were submitted for tender with development starting 2025 and fully operational by 2030...
