That headline sums it Percy, why do we need Raring when we have a 5500MW battery. Yep it would last less than 2 hours to replace Eraring. Coopers Gap instead of acknowledging that is not performing anywhere it design it's okay because I said to 33 % and you say 35%. That is about 8% below designs and therefore ROi is significantly less.Look at that graph I supplied, for a 5 day period the capacity factor was around a miserable 15%. But our batteries will save the day!
You can't use the lack of transmission as to why projects fall behind, Rhett part of the big picture and if they are not built you can't say " but the turbines were completed.

Did you also know that Windlab are challenging the figures AEMO using, it's on the AEMO wedsire. Don't blame then for this though, AEMO are using 25 to 30%.Once bitten. twice shy I suspect
