To date, no formal proposals or offers have beenreceived, however as part of the Strategic Review, the Company will consider all options that maydeliver more value for shareholders.
Bellevue has appointed UBS, the Lisle Group and King & Wood Mallesons to assist with theStrategic Review.
Takeover bid incoming. No doubt the same "unsolicited" approaches will gobble up the shares issued on raise (approx 10% of SOI)
At least will then give us time to negotiate the best price withe several parties? hopefully there isn't a side deal already in mind.....
