It's clear someone is now (and has been the last week) capping PAB at .017 to panic people to sell and acquire cheaper shares... Everything at .016 is scooped up. To me this is a good sign that shares are valuable at this price zone. I could be be wrong, but lets see if that 3.6M sale at .017 is removed or not...
