I don't think its the restatement that the market is unhappy with. The sell-off started following the release of the results.
The results were in-line, and the market seemed somewhat disappointed with this fact.
Morgans; the introducing broker downgraded their stock to a hold from a buy, which is a touch disappointing in that it assumes the stock is now fully valued and will perform accordingly.

A four fold increase in the interim fully franked dividend suggests the Company does not feel the need to hold cash, which lends weight to the downgrade also as the Company may not see any further acquisition targets on the horizon.
