kingkev. What gives you the feeling that the BOD are annoyed with how the sp is performing?
I'm certain that ALL holders are very annoyed, but, I can't see if they can do anything about it.
If, as some suspect, this activity is aimed at taking a position and not a basic trading activity, you would think that they would be closely monitoring their share registry and maybe why they are putting bio deals front and central in their presentations? "Maybe" they are seeing that activity on their SR and putting it out there in a not too subtle way for others who might also be interested? First in first served?
While a billion shares are on issue and such volume available with the SP is down where it is, it is a prime target for "control" or "manipulation". "Something" has to be done about that and short of a consolidation, big news is the logical answer. i.e. patience required.
