Janssen could probably lift its flagging sales of Invokana by using Promarker D as it can gain more patients and restrict competition. Invokana is the only FDA approved drug for the CKD indication(see below for specific details) and by using Promarker D as a CDx, it has at least up to a 4 year advantage over competitors.
