I posted the above on the 5th when the trading halt came out. Companies stating potential markets ect have been frowned upon for a while now and the ASX has been pretty consistent on it. I've seen a few companies bailed up for similar claims. Doesnt change anything though, companies are just not allowed to talk about it as though they have it in the bag. The figures remain the same if you believe them, and I believe they are big, so this wont affect the share price. It does mean that the company will have to start showing some numbers though and soon if they want to maintain momentum. ie sales and actual market share growth.
