Sorbie deal runs out August 2021. There was a typo in the last announcement which clearly doesnt help things!
But the lower the share price the less $$ the company gets on a monthly basis. Its based on a share price of 5.3c so at 3c there is a significant reduction in the amount of money the company gets. I think at the time someone may have posted some scenario analysis on here but I cant quite recall.
Either way, the Sorbie deal was and is designed for working capital. It is not going to fund the BFS in any meaningful way even in this staged approach the company is undertaking.
