Ahem, got to apologise to Rick, I believe, for lampooning him.
While we have seen no sales yet in North America, it would have to be him who is responsible for todays share price rise as I believe it would be through him promoting the ESG credentials for MABR amongst the ESG community.
Market cap increase combined with ESG creds will be a lot more comforting to prospects than a struggling company with USD100m MC.
Just my thoughts.
