This is completely my own conjecture:
I think it will be for legal reasons. They have an outstanding legal proceeding regarding the contractual obligations relating to BARD1 in the detection of ovarian and breast cancers. It is possible that IIQ focusing on SubB2M for detection of these cancers (to the exclusion of BARD1) is one of the focuses of the legal proceedings raised by the claimants (or something similar).
Note that the SubB2M tech for other cancers is listed as being for "detection" purposes. My belief is such that they have been legally advised to state the SubB2M tech is for "monitoring" purposes until the legal matter is resolved.
