Simply - the war. The sp has gone backwards since the conflict started plus the perceived risks of dealings with Cuba which is still a communist country - a rather turbulent history with the US.
Communist or not, with lots of activity coming up in the next 12 months or so, including the hopeful positive resolution in the courts, lets hope that by that time this will indeed be a multibagger - would offset some other rather poor performing stocks. Bought more here today.
