Great plan. Build big and collaborate with the surrounding players. They aim to consolidate the area, and complete off takes. If they start to sign groups up, then this should enjoy an interesting ride. They haven't mentioned how they will fund it yet, but given the players involved, funding is likely from some quarters. In the mean time, get started on the ground. The management have a vision and experience to build a 5c stock capped at peanuts into a major player. Its not new to them or potential funders.
