correct havign a tight Top 20 doesn't guarantee anything, but when within that Top 20 you see hodlers that appear over time (in google searches on) multiple other Top 20s for other companies and some of those being Substantial Holder notiifications, well then that's starting to get interesting in teh sense of "a gathering of investor expertise" of sorts.
That is essentially what I am and have been gaugiing, being the "who" not just the size of the seat at theTop 20 table
