Sales take time... they dont materialise instantly following the signing of a deal especially when there is significant distribution efforts required.
The Sinopec oil agreement as far as I'm aware is only a MOU at this point.
Not trying to argue as I was also hoping for quicker progress also but I feel that expectations (including mine) ran quite far without accounting for the investment and time required to deliver.
Also not sure how there is an anti-trust issue?
