as PS to my earlier post, I have had a look at the HotCopper Terms of Use (available at bottom of home page) (and by the way we all tick the box that says we have read and agreed to the ToU when we log in every day), but cannot directly quote one that explicitly and individually applies (but copyright infringement is clearly a concern, as is the possibility that a poster could be seen to be endorsing the statements on another site and that this could be construed as investment advice).
