I would not be surprised to see a CR (maybe ca 6cents) to fund part/all of the redevelopment costs. IMO this is a small company and Kanmantoo project has some risks (would be impacted by slump in copper price if there was a global slowdown).
CRs are very common in my experience/ observation (even if management say it won’t happen).
I admit my comment is speculation- just my opinion.
That said, I am a holder of HGO and I plan to add much more once the FID / financing is resolved.
