Not imo, this pump started with a Robert Gottliebsen pump article in the Australian, just after China officially announced the long awaited ban of RE processing and technology exports (to those following the industry anyway) and just behind Resource Minister King talking up the world funding every Australian critical mineral deposit because... well, that would be great. Perfect pump, runu widely inthe media, hot money jumps on, before you know it "the price must be proof that this is the real deal"...
