I guess they need the approvals at teh EGM before the Debt facility is able to be finalised with the lender. Maybe they want to have all of these 'boxes ticked' before they release the 4C. Given the EGM is on 22nd July, will the facility be in place by the time of the 4C? Any thoughts?
