Ann: Updated Merger Presentation, page-8

I actually like this merger. Looks like a fair deal with fresh perspectives on the board. Since MLM sold out to AUZ I was convinced we would go no where. Graphite was a non event, silica Sands non event bauxite struggling to get off the line. This will produce a company that has two projects that will reduce risk and allow a larger amounts of exposure. Good bye MLM if you ask me.
