Exactly, “clarity of funding” do people not realise that all these boxes are being ticked so that funding can be clarified.

Now we are at a point there are less and less boxes to tick off. Clarity will be here in June imo after SEZ ML and BFS. Nigel has said these need to be ticked off so DFIs will commit.

I understand your point re the market doesn’t care but I think the point is we are getting closer and closer rather than the Ann itself is significant.
