Well they could release the DFS for just the plant separately or both together as a fully integrated and vertical project DFS.
Grab a good bottle of red and get set for a lengthy read when that DFS drops in June, would be my best guess.
The exact expiration date of those pesky licences has always been slightly murky with June '20 being the best available information we have.
