So LPD will....

Commence mining in Namibia.
Move the almost 1 million tons of ore already sitting on the site.
Acquire funding.
Buy equipment.
Ship ore around the world
Process ore.
Ship battery grade chemicals around the world.

Sign/secure contracts on multiple sites on multiple continents.
Secure ingredients/products needed throughout the entire supply chain.
Build an LMax plant.
Move through a ramp up period for the LMax production.
Iron out any problems in the construction/manufacturing/processing stage.
Get customers for battery grade chemicals.
Find multiple customers for all the by-products. (LPD hasn't found 1 customer for battery grade chemicals) Yes I know BASF, BASF, BASF but they haven't signed a contract!!
Explore "gold opportunities" on the leases.
Commence further explorations on the leases.
Reduce their carbons emissions like many other companies are doing in the lithium sector.
Deal with government bureaucracy with multiple governments on multiple continents.
IMO pull off deals/funding & construction periods some of the worlds biggest lithium companies can't do.
Work in an area of the world full of conflict in both Africa & the Middle East.
Deal with all the powder keg issues in the Strait of Hormuz.
Deal with pirates off the coast of Somalia. Any tactics/money in the budget for that?
Hopefully generate a profit?

All in the space of the next 12-18 months??

With 7,000 shareholders & $4 million cash on hand, projected to burning through $1.5 - $2 million over this current quarter.

Lithium companies here in Oz are struggling to make money just by shipping ore & some have gone into administration.

IMO they are many real world problems that need to be dealt with & solved & it's best to focus on them instead on the potential of the LMax process.
