With a more moderate approach to growth MME isn’t going to attract the speculative investors that previously bought into the growth story. MME’s fortunes in my opinion will only change once the company demonstrates that it can achieve consistent and sustainable profitability.
The company needs to strike the right balance between prudent and conservative lending to qualified customers and not completely abandoning the high-margin second tier customer. Strengthening partnerships with the likes of Driva will go a long way to achieving this.
