Whilst the state of the corporate balance sheet is important,
my focus, is can they secure funds to lend to borrowers
and if so at what cost, i.e. likely net interest margin going forward.
If they cant renew and extend the secularisation vehicles used to fund loans to customers, on acceptable terms, its game over.
