A revised offer of $2, so anything being sold south of $1.90 will all likely get soaked up by the board, major share holders and the founders I reckon. I now think a scheme will eventually be executed where the founder and board remain in, at least, management control of the business operation under the new holding company which they will also hold a major stake..
