where are we at?
We received a revised offer of $2 from CVC -shows they're serious even though it's 'non-binding'.
We offered them a period of Exclusivity until 28 March, tomorrow. ie we are not desperate. Perhaps considering other offers. Whichever way, looks like a deal to me at a higher sp than the nervous bunnies jumping now.
