I don't agree. CVC is walking away from the deal, that is what it is. A significant take over premium was built to the share price up to this announcement.



In the absence of any bid, the market will severely punished the share price. By how much? We will find out when it resumes trading. It is also important to note that lenders may required apm to increase its liquidity which will force APM for a capital raising at a much lower price.

I am simply stating the facts not down ramping the share. It is a falling knife and a sharp one...
