One or two deals in this arena will surely circumvent any need for a CR IMO

POH could surprise us all with a deal (or two) in the agriculture sector just like SPL did last year with its AgroChem deal / sale ? While the two companies are very different, ultimately they are both dealing in a ‘delivery’ type system/technology .... SPL = DEP ..... POH = TPM ... One has to hope that companies at due diligence levels are at the serious part of negotiations so let’s just see whether Ross can pull a rabbit out of hat and prevent any need for a CR.

The financials also indicate that revenue is steadily increasing so that is always reassuring.

And FWIW I personally don’t see any of the announcements released today by POH as disappointing ? IMO big efforts are being made here from a small team, especially in comparison to some other listed companies on ASX with larger employee numbers with far less in their pipelines - just sayin’
