JDFraser and friends here this comment also caught my eye as a sly attempt by Ben to mislead investors.

Ben (and Stuart) have not lost any money, they have made MILLIONS from our shareholder funds over the years whilst our value has been totally destructed (over $1 share price until now) which they resided over. The Lim family are the original owners of Donaco before it became a listed company in Australia therefore their board appointments are only because of them being #1 shareholders. Ben was the Executive Director throughout all his tenure going back 8 years approximately.

Now here is where he has lied. Ben says he invested a 'substantial amount' of his money in DNA and has lost approx $180,000.

But going back to Annual Report 2018 Ben has 918,245 ordinary shares. In this same year he was granted 396,166 shares for FREE, therefore he held 522,079 at the start of 2018. Remembering he is on $600k a year whilst our company has lost 95% of its share price.
In the 2017 Annual Report he has 400,094 at the start of the year and 400,094 at the end of the year so not even a $10,000 purchase which he did to offend all of us last month.
In the 2016 Annual Report he has 522.079 shares (therefore 2017 he actually REDUCED his holding). Of this 522,079 he received for FREE 71,429 shares.

This is not even going into the amount of options granted and vested each year by Ben, he needs to be exposed for what he is. Has not won one single court case his entire tenure but he boasts his TAB experience and the share price reflects his woeful management of the company.
