    Can someone please table a reason on why Ben should stay?

    Does anyone know how much of shareholder funds he has wasted on legal fees with ZERO legal victories? It has to be at least $5m AUD which is basically 10% of market capitalisation.

    Why in the last 3 years has Ben achieved 100% cash bonuses when share price has tanked? I am trying to give benefit of the doubt here to be fair. All I need is someone to show me where is wins and shareholder value creation is....
