However given the disclosure of your average price then it proves that you have barely been a shareholder for a time long enough to experience the laughing stock/rudderless ship Donaco is. You were not around for Ben's bonus after bonus after bonus / $600k a year / granting of FREE stock / granting of FREE options where our share's continued to reach new lows on a monthly basis.

Again I wish my average price was yours but ask yourself, are you really in a position to defend the guys who has caused so much wastage of shareholder funds?

Also to give you the benefit of the doubt as no one has tabled any reasons why Ben should stay, please tell me why you think he should stay into the foreseeable future? Given:

- he is losing the Singapore arbitration which continues to drain cash into the lawyers picnic
- he has lost every Cambodian battle against the landlord (another lawyers picnic)
- he allowed the casinos to be practically self run without any day to day management from the public company when Joey Lim went missing.
