At the end of the day they are still average boarder casinos subject to a lot of regulatory and geographic risk. They have displayed a lot of earnings volatility. Assets like this transact at 6x EBITDA, at best 7x in the market. You can buy US regional casinos for 8x actual EBITDA which are of much higher quality. The EBITDA estimate of A$18m for Aristo, let alone the A$50m for DSV, is also a stretch given what it's done since launching.

Regardless of the EBITDA calculation, it all comes down to the Singapore arbitration result and the cancellation of shares.
