Bear in mind the change in management has resulted in a significant turnaround in the business. Don't risk booting those guys out and putting in someone from the old mob who destroyed the company back in charge.

We've had enough change in management to turn this ship around, there's no need to now suddenly just chuck everyone out again and start over.
